We can only offer the trade-in discount on the following conditions:

• ‘Branded’ bikes only – we welcome bikes from the likes of Trek, Specialized, Giant, Scott, Boardman and other smaller specialist bike brands. Basic bikes by the likes of Apollo and Muddyfox are not suitable as trade-ins as we prefer to focus on premium quality bikes we can resell with confidence. We will occasionally make an exception on some children’s bikes but reserve the right to refuse any bike.
• The bike must be in a serviceable condition – we don’t mind having to replace worn components but bikes with rusty frames or main components will more than likely be declined.
• The price we pay will reflect the overall condition and estimated amount of servicing work that will be required to bring the bike up to a saleable condition.
